💸 Finding Enrollable Cards 💸

Heres the ugly truth about card enrollment - the biggest obstacle that prevents newcomers from getting into carding isnt technical skill or bank security. It's the information monopoly created by a small group of sellers in our community. These people have turned basic enrollment knowledge into a cash cow taking $20 cards and flipping them for $400 through pure gatekeeping. Their entire business model relies on keeping you in the dark. The math is simple: as long as people dont know how to enroll cards themselves these sellers can keep charging premium prices.

But let's cut through the bullshit - finding enrollable cards isnt complicated. Once you understand the fundamentals youll realize these sellers have been playing you. While they want you to believe this is some mystical art that only theyve mastered, it's actually a straightforward process anyone can learn. You just need two things: a reliable SSN lookup service like Bender-Search and the a bin checker.

The admin has already covered the basics of enrollment HERE so we wont repeat that here. Instead, we're focusing on something more valuable: how to find enrollable BINs yourself. Because thats the key to true independence in this game.

Enroll BINs

If youve read my other guides you know I dont believe in handouts. But fuck it - I'll throw you a bone with some example BINs to get you started. Just remember these arent guaranteed to work forever. What's hot today could be dead tomorrow and a BIN list thats valid now might be useless next month. Here are a few working BINS for you to test out:

Finding these BINs is straightforward - it mainly comes down to smart use of Google Dorks and some basic research.

Understanding Enroll Platforms

One thing you must understand is that banks mostly offload their enrollment and card control software to third party companies. They're too fucking lazy to build their own systems so they outsource to a handful of third-party providers.

AzuKA3Lg.png
These companies handle everything from card activation to transaction monitoring which means one platform support multiple banks. Some of these companies are but not limited to:

  • CardValet
  • FDECs
  • DigitalCardServices
  • MyCardStatement
  • GoToMyCard
  • EzCardInfo
  • MyAccountAccess.com

The trick then is to find find which banks use which platforms and find the BINs of those banks. And it can easily be done with a little dorking.

Two Approaches To Finding Enrollable Banks

There are two effective ways to find enrollable BINs: either through dorking or through finding referrers to a specific platform.

1739606039958.png

Referrers

Since banks rely on third-party platforms for card enrollment they need to direct their customers to these external services. This creates a trail of referral links and redirects that we can follow. By tracking which banks link to specific enrollment platforms we can map out which institutions use which services - giving us a clear way to find enrollable BINs.

PublicWWW

One amazing way of tracking which sites refer to whom is by using PublicWWW. This tool allows you to search for referrers to a specific domain and its a godsend for finding enrollable banks.

Just type the url of the platform hit find, and a barrage of results from Banks that link to the platform will show up. For example, CardValet:

TpgoeCqP.png

Not only the url you can even search for the URL of the APP itself, for example the url of the MyCardStatement app for iOS is:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mycardstatement

xOftDW5P.png
And looking it up on PublicWWW yields these results:

0O3axmjl.png

This shit makes it so damn easy to find banks that use these enroll platforms. Each search reveals dozens of small credit unions and regional banks youve never heard of - perfect targets that even Enroll sellers might now know about. The best part? Most of these smaller institutions have weaker security than the big banks making their cards good shit for enrollment.

Dorking

Referrers are great but theres another way to find banks that support enrolls - good old-fashioned dorking. For those whove been living under a rock dorking is basically using advanced search operators to find specific shit on Google. And it works beautifully for platforms that host bank-specific pages on their subdomains.

Take FDECs for example. These fuckers give each bank their own branded subdomain. So a simple Google search for "site:fdecs.com" dumps a treasure trove of bank pages right in your lap:

EwxOUWw1.png

While dorking is more straightforward than hunting for referrers it won't work as well on platforms that dont use branded subdomains. The key is knowing your target platforms setup - then you can decide whether to go the dorking route or stick with referrer hunting. Both methods get the job done just gotta pick the right tool for the job.

Finding The BIN
Once youve got your target banks lined up finding their BINs is a piece of cake. Head over to bincheck.io, punch in the bank name and youll get a list of their BINs served up on a silver platter. Most of these the enrollable banks are smaller banks so there's only a handful of BINs anyway thus it wont take long to work through most of them.

PeMUMjQo.png

Scan through the bank's website before you start testing BINs. They usually advertise which card types work with their online services - "Manage your Visa® Debit card through CardValet!" or some shit like that. This tells you exactly which cards to focus on instead of wasting time on their whole BIN range.

For example if a credit unions site mentions "Download our CardValet app to manage your Visa® debit card," you know to zero in on their Visa debit BINs. Why fuck around with their credit card BINs when theyve already told you what works?

Here's the thing though - most of these enrollment platforms need the cardholders SSN or mother's maiden name to verify identity. You can grab this info from BenderSearch - theyve got the data you need and is pretty much the most accurate out of all lookups I've tried.

b2CsM.gif

Remember: smaller banks = smaller BIN ranges = faster testing. With the right BINs and matching fullz you can usually find what you need in an hour instead of burning hours and money buying cards and testing every possible combination.

The Bottom Line

Look youve got two choices: keep throwing money at resellers like a sucker, or put in the work to find your own enrollable cards. The "secret sauce" these vendors are selling you? It's just basic research anyone can do. These same cards these fuckers resell are being sold everywhere for pennies on the dollar. All you need is to cross-reference them with BenderSearch and boom - youve got working enrollables at a fraction of what those greedy resellers charge.

1739605682975.png

The formula is dead simple:
  • Track down banks using enrollment platforms
  • Find their BINs
  • Match with proper SSN data from BenderSearch
  • Profit

Stop being someone elses cash cow. The tools and knowledge are right here - now its on you to use them. Remember: in this game information independence equals financial independence. Get to work. d0ctrine out.

💸 Finding Enrollable Cards 💸
View attachment 184

*** Hidden text: cannot be quoted. ***

Not only the url you can even search for the URL of the APP itself, for example the url of the MyCardStatement app for iOS is:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mycardstatement

And looking it up on PublicWWW yields these results:

💸 Finding Enrollable Cards 💸
View attachment 184

*** Hidden text: cannot be quoted. ***

Not only the url you can even search for the URL of the APP itself, for example the url of the MyCardStatement app for iOS is:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mycardstatement

And looking it up on PublicWWW yields these results:
