The Address Switcheroo
This is the heart of the operation. Once that order status flips to "Preparing to Ship" youre in the clear.

At this point Apple has already verified and approved the transaction done their fraud checks and started moving things around in their warehouse. Their security protocols have done their job making it the perfect time to make that address change.
Heres how its done:
This is the most challenging part and it rarely works on the first try. Persistence is important. Even if one customer service rep refuses your address change request dont give up. Try again with a different agent either on the phone or through online chat. Youre playing a numbers game and each rep has their own level of scrutiny.
- Hit Up Customer Service: Use Apples online chat or get those customer service reps on the phone.
