Definitions​

• Points for Violations: Accumulated penalty points for breaking rules. 20 points result in an account ban.
• Ban: Permanent or temporary account suspension, prohibiting access to the forum.
• Account: A registered user profile.
• Administrator: Oversees forum management, policy enforcement, and user disputes.
• Moderator: Monitors forum activity, manages topics, assigns roles, and enforces rules.
• Auditor: Reviews content, verifies services, and investigates discrepancies.
• Guest: An unregistered or unconfirmed user.
• Registered: A verified forum member with general access.
• Basic: A registered user with full access to general forum sections.
• Premium: Includes Basic privileges, access to Private Sections, and two free deals via Escrow Services.
• Elite: All Premium features plus access to Private Chat areas.
• Supreme: Advanced forum members who have undergone training or achieved a verified status.
• Seller: A verified member authorized to offer goods or services.

General Forum Rules​

1. Prohibited Actions​

1.1 Flooding or Spam: Posting irrelevant or excessive content is not allowed.
1.2 Unnecessary Gratitude Posts: Use the "Thank You" button instead of text-based gratitude.
1.3 Provoking Conflicts or Insulting Others: Any behavior encouraging disputes, conflicts, or personal attacks is forbidden.
1.4 Malicious or Unauthorized URLs: Posting harmful links or unapproved referral links is prohibited.
1.5 Multiple Accounts (Double Sign-Ups): Creating additional accounts is strictly forbidden.
1.6 Incitement of Discord: Discussions promoting hate, political, religious, or racial tension are not tolerated.
1.7 Pointless Replies: Avoid replies like "Thanks," "Cool," "Me," smiley faces, or single-word responses.
1.8 Non-Compliance with Arbitration Decisions: Ignoring official dispute resolutions is unacceptable.
1.9 Fraud and Deception: Any form of misleading or fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden.
1.10 Criticizing Administration: Publicly discussing or insulting the administration or moderators is not allowed.
1.11 Advertising Without Approval: Posting promotional content for third-party services requires admin approval.
1.12 Unsafe File Sharing: All downloadable files must be verified via virustotal.com.
1.13 Selling Prohibited Goods/Services: Selling illegal or prohibited items (e.g., drugs, stimulants) is forbidden.
1.14 Refusal to Use Escrow Services: Sellers must agree to use the Escrow service for transactions.

2. Rules for Posting New Topics​

2.1 Avoid ALL CAPS Titles: Writing topic titles in uppercase letters is not allowed.
2.2 Prohibited Content: Topics discussing illegal or restricted items (e.g., drugs) are forbidden.
2.3 Misleading Titles: Topic titles must clearly reflect the content being posted.
2.4 Posting in the Wrong Section: Always ensure your topic aligns with the section’s purpose.
